Project Engineering Manager

Job Summary
Manage projects to meet objectives while adhering to safety, quality standards, and procedures. Lead the project team to complete initiatives, mitigating risks throughout execution. Define project scope, work procedures, sequences, and develop schedules, budgets, staffing plans, vendor lists, and progress billing points. Establish a contractor-client liaison network to keep all interested parties informed of planning, start dates, and progress. Conduct regularly scheduled project progress review meetings with team and management. This role requires onsite presence in Tampa, Florida, under a hybrid schedule. You must have a Bachelor's in Engineering, 15+ years of engineering experience, and 5+ years in project engineering management on EPC projects. PE registration is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in engineering and construction
- Minimum of 5 years project engineering management experience on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects
- Significant experience with Refinery, Petrochemical, and Chemical projects
- Proficient with technical software applications, including MS Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
- Must be onsite in the office
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration, highly preferred
