Project Engineering Manager- Land Development

Job Summary
Plan, administer, and design small to large-scale Land Development projects including site grading, utilities, storm drainage, roadways, and trails for residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Manage design staff as lead engineer while performing civil engineering tasks and detailing project scopes for proposal preparation. Maintain client relationships, establish key partnerships, and participate in professional organizations to win work and ensure client satisfaction. Train and mentor young professionals while meeting project deadlines and budgets. Must be located in the Treasure Valley area with an Idaho PE license.
Required Qualifications
- BSCE
- ID PE
- Must be local to the Treasure Valley area
- 3-5 years of experience with a background in residential land development
- A minimum of 2 years' experience managing tasks, projects, and professional staff
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Experience with Civil 3D
- Experience with MS software applications
- Must possess a proven history of meeting project deadlines and budgets
- Must possess a valid Idaho State Driver's License
- Must be able to meet company insurability requirements
Desired Qualifications
- licenses in other bordering states
- 3D modeling experience
- Demonstrated skills in developing relationships with clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, staff, and management
- Adaptability and ability to respond quickly and accurately under pressure
