Job Summary
Project Engineering Manager at Nestlé Rayong Factory leads planning and execution of CAPEX projects for Filler, Loader, and Unloader machinery. Oversees project scope, timelines, budgets, and compliance with local laws and Nestlé standards. Coordinates design and execution across multiple teams globally, supervises construction, contractor safety, equipment installation, commissioning, and handover. Collaborates with local and global teams, consultants, vendors, and suppliers. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 7+ years in plant manufacturing/engineering with CAPEX experience; strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills; fluent Thai and English; proficient in AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Project.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation, Electrical) or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management/plant manufacturing or engineering
- Experience with CAPEX management
- Proven experience in third-party management and cross-cultural/cross-functional collaboration
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict management skills
- Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication in Thai and English
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Project
