Job Summary
Undertake and manage project tasks, fieldwork, and data manipulation for geo-environmental assessments across the built environment, industry, infrastructure, and energy sectors. Prepare subsequent reports to provide advice to clients while coordinating site investigation contractors and interpreting technical data. This Project Engineering Geologist role is based in our Leeds office within the European Operations Land Quality team, which supports a diverse range of clients. The position requires a degree in Geology or a related discipline and a driving licence for regular site visits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in geo-environmental site investigations and reporting
- A degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, Geoscience, Earth Sciences or a related discipline
- Experience managing fieldwork and coordinating site investigation contractors
- Knowledge of contaminated land and geo-environmental assessment practices
- Strong data analysis, interpretation and technical reporting skills
- An understanding of relevant health and safety requirements for site-based work
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality project outcomes
- A driving licence that permits you to legally drive in the UK
