Job Summary
Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects while maintaining quality control across team dynamics, planning, and budget. Communicate daily with clients to interpret requirements and serve as the communication hub between the program team and all supporting functions. Submit project status reports, monitor compliance, and review engineering deliverables to initiate corrective actions. Decrease supply chain risk by adding vendors or suggesting alternate solutions. This Project Engineer supports the Program Management Office in developing cutting-edge autonomous unmanned aircraft systems solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- 5-8 years of applicable experience in a similar setting
- 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Scheduling proficiency
- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent communicator
- Experience in problem deconfliction among teams
- Ability to use MS Project
- Ability to use SmartSheets
- Ability to use Excel
- U.S. Citizenship
- US secret clearance or higher
Desired Qualifications
- Secret clearance a plus
- PMP certification
- US Government contract experience
