Job Summary
Support the Project Manager in executing projects within scope, schedule, and budget while applying project controls; ensure compliance with safety standards by coordinating training, collaborating with Safety/Environmental teams, and supporting audits; coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, vendors) to ensure successful project execution; communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders; define and document project scope, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and managing changes as needed; support RFQs and ensure installations meet design specifications and quality requirements; assist with commissioning plans, construction sequencing, and apply structured problem-solving to resolve issues.
Required Qualifications
- Strong multitasking, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and complete complex projects effectively
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams from multiple disciplines
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate efforts across diverse groups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Understanding of project design, scope development, and change management processes
