Job Summary
Coordinate project delivery strategies, job management plans, and quality assurance processes for water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure from early planning through construction. Collaborate with CAD designers to develop design documents, conduct field investigations, and support pricing and scoping efforts. Manage subcontractor activities, perform engineering inspections, and draft standards and specifications under senior guidance. Adhere to health, safety, and environment policies while maintaining professional accreditation and attending industry training. Join a hybrid team in Hyannis, Massachusetts, with a three-day in-office schedule and a salary range of $77,600-$129,400.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- EIT certification
- Willing and able to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed
- Focus on client service
- Prior water and wastewater design experience with local municipalities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both within a team and independently
- Experience supporting Water/ Wastewater traditional and/or alternative delivery projects
- Devise approaches to problem resolution
Desired Qualifications
- EIT certification preferred
- Experience supporting Water/ Wastewater traditional and/or alternative delivery projects, including the development of scope, schedule, and budget, and the subsequent monitoring of cost and schedule, a plus
- Focus on client service; prior water and wastewater design experience with local municipalities a plus, especially wastewater collection system and pump station design
