Job Summary
Project Engineer (Water Transmission) will oversee technical aspects of water transmission pipelines, pump stations, reservoirs, and distribution networks; act as a central coordinator between client representatives, contractors, sub-consultants, and internal teams; conduct site monitoring to ensure designs and safety protocols are followed; track schedules and progress, manage RFIs and submittals to keep construction moving, and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and technical memos for leadership and client.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure projects, with a distinct focus on water transmission pipelines, hydraulics, or pump stations
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, and alignment sheets
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, WaterGEMS, or Primavera P6 is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of international and Saudi water infrastructure standards (e.g., NWC, SWCC)
- English language fluency; Arabic advantageous for local coordination
