Job Summary

Project Engineer supports the project team in the administration and management of construction activities. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining CMiC and PlanGrid systems (Submittal Logs, RFI Logs, etc.), organizing contract documents, managing progress photo documentation, coordinating with Field Supervisors, Subcontractor PMs, and vendors to ensure timely material deliveries, overseeing the contract closeout process, creating/organizing closeout binders, attending project meetings and distributing minutes, participating in risk management trainings and networking events, and assisting with the submittal process, scheduling, BIM coordination, and safety programs. Key skills include proficiency with CMiC, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, BIM tools, communication, documentation, and basic software tools; OSHA 30-Hour safety, First Aid/CPR certification are required.

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Completion of OSHA 30-Hour Safety Course
  • First Aid and CPR certified
