Job Summary
Manage engineering projects from initial planning through design and programming for the 56 CES, supporting installation planning and facility utilization analysis. Conduct facility and utility condition analysis to develop project scopes, prepare programming documents including DD Form 1391 and AF Form 813, and tailor Unified Facilities Guide Specifications for Luke AFB projects. Maintain the Installation Development Plan in the Comprehensive Planning Platform while providing technical support for energy section data collection and reporting. Work independently with minimal supervision, communicating professionally with government staff throughout the cradle-to-grave lifecycle using PACES, RSMeans, and AutoCAD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, structural, or civil engineering, or equivalent combination of education and at least 8 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2024, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background check
