Job Summary
Manage project documentation, create bills of materials, and develop narratives for project functions. Communicate with customers through design and construction phases while ensuring compliance with company standards. The role requires a college degree in a science-related field and 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant area. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat is necessary, with additional experience in CRM or project management software viewed favorably.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in science related field
- 1 to 2 years minimum experience in a construction related field (design, consulting, engineering, construction management, general contractor)
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Ability to read, understand, and extract data from contract specifications
- Skills in Quotation, Purchase Order, and Submittal creation
- Strong communication skills with customers, clients, vendors
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient at MS Office
- Proficient at Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with CRM, ERP, and/or project management software
