Job Summary
Attend weekly meetings to transcribe detailed minutes and conduct daily site inspections to coordinate subcontractor deliveries. Review designs, shop drawings, and submittals for compliance, resolving drawing conflicts by initiating and tracking RFIs. Manage change orders, prepare field design change requisitions and as-built drawings, and generate status reports, punch lists, and material calculations. Coordinate submittals between stakeholders, perform quantity takeoffs, and establish project close-out logs using Procore. Participate in job walks to document findings and conduct value engineering functions while maintaining accurate documentation records.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work to the U.S. without visa sponsorship or transfers now or in the future
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum one (1) years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Strong Excel computer skills with the ability to use MS Office Suite with proficiency
- Working knowledge of blueprint reading
- Working knowledge of scheduling and estimating software
- Ability to be dependable, consistent, diligent, and thorough in day-to-day tasks
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Procore or similar construction software
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6
