Project Engineer

Manage daily operations including staff, plans, and coordination of designated projects to ensure goals are met within time frames and budget parameters. Review proposals to determine funding limitations and staffing requirements, then confer with staff to outline work plans and assign duties. Direct project personnel to ensure progress on schedule, review status reports to modify schedules as needed, and prepare reports for management and clients. Provide technical advice to resolve problems, coordinate activities with partners, and lead the team while carrying out supervisory responsibilities. Work with estimating departments during procurement phases and assume additional responsibilities as directed by management.
