Job Summary
Supervise HVAC construction site operations, managing schedules, quality, and safety while coordinating trades and subcontractors. Review construction drawings and plans, verify on-site work matches designs, and oversee equipment installation. Assist with startup testing, troubleshoot field issues, and handle inspections including concealed, intermediate, and final acceptance. Document daily reports and progress updates, manage payment requests and change orders, and coordinate with owners, consultants, and general contractors.
