Job Summary
Project Engineer with 2–3+ years of progressive experience in civil design for land development projects. Responsibilities include designing subdivision and land development work across residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and institutional sectors; reviewing regulatory requirements; preparing sketch/site/grading/road plans; assisting senior designers with design packages, reports, and submissions; and coordinating with project managers and teammates to meet schedules. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Hydroflow, and MS Office, plus understanding of stormwater, E&S, grading, utilities, road profiles, and zoning/subdivision regulations are desirable. Minimum qualification typically includes a BS in Civil Engineering and active involvement in ongoing professional development (EIT/PE preferred). This full-time role is based in Allentown, PA with in-person office work.
