Job Summary
Support the Project Manager and project team by obtaining construction-related permits from local agencies, assisting in subcontractor solicitation and contracting, ensuring notices are filed and posted, updating project logs, status reports, and communications, and performing other duties as needed to support the project team. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, and have experience with a general contractor either in a full-time role or via an internship. Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. This entry-level role is with a Greensboro, NC-based design-build construction and real estate development firm offering competitive salary and benefits.
