Job Summary
Project Engineer leading and executing strategic projects within TFS courier and on-demand spaces to expand service capabilities, identify new offerings, analyze operational data for optimization, drive continuous improvement, and manage client onboarding. Responsibilities include data-driven analysis, stakeholder collaboration, cross-functional coordination, and standardization of processes across the TFS network to enhance efficiency and market expansion. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, 3-5 years in logistics or on-demand operations, 2+ years of project management, data analytics proficiency, and strong communication and vendor/client management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, courier services, or on-demand delivery operations
- 2+ years of hands-on project management experience
- Experience with data analytics tools and interpreting KPIs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel
- Basic understanding of logistics management systems
- Knowledge of process mapping and workflow optimization
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume operations
- Background in continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience managing external vendor or client relationships
