Project Engineer

Assist the Project Manager with submittals, RFIs, drawings, project documentation, client communication, production, and cost tracking. Solicit and qualify subcontractor bids, write subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and proposals for approval. Develop and manage punch lists with the Project Team while coordinating with the Superintendent to ensure jobsite needs are met. This entry-level role within Stevens Construction Corp. aims to grow the candidate into a Project Manager, leveraging a background in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and proficiency in project scheduling software.
