Job Summary
Implement Deviations and change notices in SAP while leading cross-functional teams to manage plant budgets and asset implementation. Release engineering documentation including drawings and bills of material to support plant execution, and track product costs from prototype through implementation. Develop robust manufacturing processes using PFMEA, SMED, and poke-a-yoke principles, and coordinate sample builds including Prototype, ESL, MSL, and Pilot builds. Identify quality and schedule risks, facilitate communication among internal and external members, and manage engineering changes to minimize excess inventory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
- Five or more years of experience in Molding Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of Injection Molding Principles
- Minimum of three years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated project management and implementation experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Mold construction
- Experience in at least two of the following disciplines: Production, Quality, Materials, Design or Manufacturing
