Job Summary
Manage contract setup, submittals, and the bid package process while assisting with change orders and project scheduling. Create documentation including RFIs and client correspondence regarding notification provisions in contracts. Read construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications to outline submission requirements and ensure shop drawings are approved. Support project close-out activities. Requires 1-3 years of experience in documentation and plan interpretation, plus a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering. Full-time position in Fort Myers, FL.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 Years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs, and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts
- 1-3 years of reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and the technical specifications associated with drawings
- Able to outline specifications required for submission to clients and ensure submittals and shop drawings are approved
- 1-3 years experience with project close out
- Bachelor's Degree – Construction Management, Engineering, or similar or 8 years of equivalent experience
- Must be a flexible and adaptable team-player
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have strong client service skills
