Job Summary
Manage contract setup, submittals, bid package processes, change orders, and project scheduling while working on-site within the Project Management Team. Create documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence regarding notification provisions in contracts. Read and understand construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications to outline requirements for client submissions and ensure shop drawings are approved. Assist with project closeout procedures. This role requires strong communication and client service skills to support diverse project teams across various verticals including schools, roads, and hospitals.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 Years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs, and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts
- 1-3 years of reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and the technical specifications associated with drawings
- Able to outline specifications required for submission to clients and ensure submittals and shop drawings are approved
- 1-3 years expereince with project close out
- Bachelor's Degree – Construction Management, Engineering, or similar or 8 years of equivalent experience
