Job Summary
Manage contract setup, submittals, bid package processes, change orders, and project scheduling while working on-site within the Project Management Team. Create documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence regarding notification provisions in contracts. Read and understand construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications to outline requirements for client submissions and ensure shop drawings are approved. Assist with project closeout procedures. Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar. Full-time onsite role in Seattle with a salary range of $68,425 to $98,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 Years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs, and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts
- 1-3 years of reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and the technical specifications associated with drawings
- Able to outline specifications required for submission to clients and ensure submittals and shop drawings are approved
- 1-3 years experience with project close out
- Bachelor's Degree – Construction Management, Engineering, or similar or 8 years of equivalent experience
- Must be a flexible and adaptable team-player
- Must have strong communication and client service skills
