Job Summary
Project Engineer will design on multiple projects, lead design professionals within their discipline, and coordinate with internal and external teams to develop engineering solutions. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering plans and drawings, assisting with proposals, cost estimates, and feasibility studies, performing design computations by hand and with software, ensuring compliance with building codes and PEC standards, providing QA reviews, mentoring less experienced staff, and participating in business development with clients. Requires BIM/CAD proficiency, strong attention to detail, knowledge of local regulations and design standards, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in an appropriate field of study from an accredited college
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) license in the location of practice
