Leads small-to-medium sized engineering projects or technical work packages within cost and quality requirements, developing solutions to deliver projects on-time, on-quality, and on-budget. Writes reports and presents at peer and design reviews, provides technical advice to teams, estimates engineering packages, and may coach junior members. Includes safety, environmental protection and compliance responsibilities and may involve training or mentoring others.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a related field
- 6+ years experience within a relevant complex engineering environment
- May be required to maintain security clearance
