Required Qualifications

- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required
- Valid driver's license

- Taken Professional Engineer (P.E) Exam

- Ability to Mentor fellow Civil Designers, Technicians, and Interns
- Demonstrate Ability and Proficiency in Project Management
- Demonstrate proficiency in Client Contact Skills
- Ability to perform QA/QC reviews on civil design work
- Ability to Manage and Assign Tasks
- Ability to prepare a complete set of construction documents
- Ability to review and comment on Final Plats and Asbuilts
- Ability to coordinate asbuilt comments between surveyor and contractor
- Working knowledge of the Closeout process
- Involvement in Companywide Strategic Initiatives
