Job Summary
Lead end-to-end manufacturing projects from concept through implementation, delivering quality solutions on time and within scope. Turn customer needs into practical machining, tooling, and execution strategies using CAD/CAM and simulation tools to optimize processes and proposals. Shape high-performing cutting-tool applications by providing technical direction on tool design, programming, and process optimization. Coordinate multiple projects while balancing priorities, resources, and risks, and coach colleagues to strengthen team capability. Build trusted customer relationships by partnering with sales throughout consultation, implementation, and troubleshooting to develop tailored solutions. Analyze trial and customer data to guide technical decisions and showcase impact through case studies measuring tool life, cycle time, and cost savings. Champion a safe, responsible working culture while following company policies and supporting risk management and audits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant industry experience
- 5–7 years of experience in production or mechanical engineering, technical application support, industrial sales, or customer-facing project delivery, preferably in metal cutting or manufacturing services
- Demonstrated experience leading technical projects, defining machining or tooling methodology, and delivering solutions from concept through implementation
- Experience with value-based or consultative selling, process development, CAD/CAM programming, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- A valid passport
