Job Summary
Update project schedules, process submittals and RFIs, and assist with subcontractor procurement, coordination, project delivery, and close-out under the supervision of the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer. This entry-level role provides foundational experience required to become a Senior Project Engineer. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field, along with strong time management, prioritization, and communication skills. The position is full-time in Salt Lake City, UT, within an award-winning, woman-owned national commercial contractor specializing in tenant interiors and building renovations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or related field
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn new technology utilized in project management
- Excellent communication skills
