Project Engineer, Rolleston

Lead day-to-day engineering delivery across structural work packages on the Rolleston flyover bridge project. Plan and sequence works to keep piling, concrete, steel and associated civil activities moving safely and efficiently. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site crews to ensure works are delivered to programme and specification. Oversee quality documentation and site records, including ITPs, QA documentation, as-builts and progress reporting. Work closely with the Project Manager and wider team on programming, resourcing, procurement and cost control. Monitor safety, quality and environmental performance, and step in quickly when standards need to be lifted. Support practical problem solving on site and help drive smart, buildable solutions when challenges come up.
