Job Summary
Plan and oversee roadway and heavy civil construction projects to ensure timely, cost-effective outcomes. Manage budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling while ensuring safe, ethical construction compliant with federal, state, and local laws. Apply basic management approaches including work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution within the Project Management Team. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering and five years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years prior relevant experience
- specifically in Roadway/Civil Work
- Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
- Broad job knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline
