Job Summary
Execute complex mid- to large-scale IT project implementations with limited oversight, leading technical analysis, solution integration, and infrastructure deployment. Coordinate planning, testing, and documentation to ensure successful delivery while managing assigned tasks through formal closure. Act as the primary technical escalation point for project challenges, collaborating with engineering teams to design solutions and gather requirements from clients and stakeholders. Facilitate status reviews, manage client expectations, and validate implementations against defined standards within structured QA processes. Operate using an AI-native delivery model to leverage automation tools for documentation, requirements analysis, and risk identification, contributing to reusable automation playbooks that standardize common tasks.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in project engineering, technical project delivery, or infrastructure roles
- Experience delivering infrastructure, cloud, or IT transformation projects
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise environments including: Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune and endpoint management), Identity services including Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, DNS, Windows Server, Azure cloud architecture
- Virtualization platforms including VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and Azure Virtual Desktop, Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, etc.)
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in MSP or client-facing environments preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV or equivalent cloud-focused track)
- PMI, PRINCE2 or similar project management certifications
