Job Summary
Support design phase activities including submittal drawings, design coordination, and reinforcement drawings. Assist with manufacturing by reviewing shop drawings, supporting production processes, and coordinating material needs. Participate in field operations such as crane studies, erection planning, and coordination with field teams. Manage project documentation, scheduling, and quality control processes while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and field operations teams. Identify issues and solve problems across disciplines. This entry-level role supports the full project lifecycle from design to installation within an integrated team environment.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Willingness to work onsite
- Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed (expected 25-30%)
