Job Summary

Solve complex problems using data and critical thinking while following Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices. Gather and organize design, operating, and maintenance data to make recommendations in reliability strategies, leveraging different software and technology. Analyze pertinent data to evaluate the consequence and probability of failures and overall risk levels for fixed and non-fixed assets across different types of units and facilities. Facilitate or participate in customer kickoff, update, and validation meetings for tasks such as process interviews, task selections, and other reliability focused deliverables. Develop an individualized career plan for quick progression into the Project Management or Technical Excellence leadership paths. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering with 3+ years of industrial facility experience or equivalent experience, with a commitment to relocate domestically or internationally.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in an engineering field
  • 3+ years working in an industrial facility
  • Experience in the areas of reliability, operations, maintenance, or inspections
  • Independent problem solver
  • High performing-team player
  • Ability to learn and understand technical literature, documents, and drawings (e.g., process descriptions, training manuals, P&IDs, etc.)
  • Ability to write or learn to write technical documents (Technical Writing)
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong aptitude for learning new processes and skills
  • Commitment to relocate domestically or internationally (multiple locations) to a Pinnacle office or customer site
  • Travel up to 50% based on project and customer needs
  • Ability to pass background, drug screen and customer/site-specific safety training
  • Ability to obtain a TWIC card, if project location assignment requires
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Desired Qualifications

  • IDMS and/or CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, PCMS, AllAssets, GE/Meridium, etc.)
  • API 510/570/653 certification

  • CMRP certification
  • PMP/CAPM certification
