Job Summary
Project Engineer to coordinate and specify engineering/technical elements of project delivery for turnkey EPC/OEM solutions in materials handling, processing, and related sectors. Responsibilities include attending handover meetings, ensuring outputs comply with specifications and safety regulations, maintaining project structure alignment, developing Scheme/Assembly Level Scope documents, managing the work breakdown structure (WBS), prioritising engineering workload, and obtaining weekly progress updates. Requires ability to plan, organise, and report tasks, strong attention to detail, and effective communication with internal/external stakeholders. Eligible to contribute to ongoing project performance and quality, with on-the-job training and development provided.
Required Qualifications
- BEng (Hons) in Engineering, or equivalent
- Previous experience in an engineering field
- Knowledge of the construction and process industries and applicable standards
- Understanding of control system operating principals and directives
- Planning, managing, and reporting project tasks and responsibilities
- Strong communicator with internal and external customers and with good presentation skills
