Project Engineer PSE

Job Summary
Lead engineering change projects from initiation through implementation, coordinating validation activities and cross-functional execution plans for mechanical, electronic, and motor components. Facilitate multidisciplinary meetings to communicate project status and requirements while supporting supplier validations for alternate or new suppliers. Drive implementation of product specification changes in mass production and provide technical support to manufacturing operations as needed. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, minimum one year of manufacturing experience, and knowledge of CAD software and GD&T. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of CAD software
- Basic understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Experience or exposure to engineering change management
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in product engineering is preferred
- Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies is desirable
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
