Project Engineer / Project Administrator

Manage and coordinate all phases of Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) construction administration for transportation infrastructure projects. Direct and assign work to administrative and field staff while providing leadership throughout project duration. Prepare, review, and manage progress and final estimates, exercising independent judgment to resolve project-related issues. Ensure compliance with FDOT standards, specifications, policies, and procedures while maintaining accurate project documentation. Communicate effectively with FDOT representatives, contractors, consultants, and project team members. This role provides oversight and support within the Transportation Construction Services team in Florida, leveraging our employee-owned model to solve complex built environment challenges.
