Job Summary
Coordinate daily project activities for modular building systems, managing logistics, delivery sequencing, and installation progress while serving as a liaison between manufacturing, project management, and field teams. Maintain accurate documentation, review drawings and specifications, and support quality assurance through site inspections, punch list completion, and third-party testing coordination. Resolve field issues, track project schedules, and ensure compliance with safety requirements and site protocols. This role reports directly to the Project Manager and is ideal for early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in modular construction execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-3 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, project coordination, engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites for extended periods as required
Desired Qualifications
- Internship, co-op, or field construction experience is a plus
- Internship or field experience in construction, manufacturing, or project management
- Exposure to modular or prefabricated construction
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar software
- OSHA 10 Certification or willingness to obtain certification
