Job Summary
Project Engineer at One Mobility Group in Taicang leads project management for automotive electrified mobility in China. Responsibilities include leading project management, coordinating internal/external project issues, coordinating communications and resources, controlling timing, quality, and cost, leading project kick-off and regular meetings, organizing AK-Gate reviews for new projects, identifying risks and escalating them, summarizing project results and lessons learned, maintaining the project lop-list until issues are closed, and participating in quality and EHS activities (IATF16949; 14001 & 45001). Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of experience, familiarity with IATF16949 and AIAG tools (APQP/SPC/MSA/FMEA/PPAP), familiarity with CSR, customer portal operations, and proficiency in English. Knowledge of wiring harness project management and VDA6.5 training or certification is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above
- 5 years of working experience in project management or related field
- Familiar with IATF16949 requirements
- Familiar with AIAG tools: APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP
- Wiring harness project management experience preferred
- VDA6.5 audit training or certificated preferred
- Strong English writing and speaking skills
- Proficient PC skills
- Experience with customer portals
- Able to manage project timing, quality, and costs
- Participate in quality and EHS activities (IATF16949, 14001, 45001)
- Be familiar with CSR requirements
