Job Summary
Track proposal follow-ups, manage project setups with scope definition and budgeting, and support project closeouts through final documentation and client communication. Perform pre-construction observations, prepare field reports, and tabulate vibration and settlement monitoring data for monthly summaries. Maintain organized project files, logs, and quality control documentation while assisting project managers with technical tasks and field coordination. Requires a valid FL driver's license, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to conduct occasional field observations.
