Project Engineer

Oversee and manage all technical aspects of motion control and industrial automation product development, including design, prototyping, and qualification. Lead a team of engineers to ensure timely, high-quality execution while identifying and mitigating technical risks. Coordinate with external partners and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, ensuring deliverables meet specifications. Manage project documentation, including drawings, models, and specifications, and execute prototype and sample builds. Create and maintain test plans, reports, and proof of compliance documents, as well as engineering change orders and new product development bills of materials. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 0-5+ years of experience, and proficiency in CAD software and motion control principles. Domestic and international travel up to 10% is required.
