Job Summary
Project Engineer- Municipal Water/Wastewater supports civil and environmental engineering projects including wastewater collection system infrastructure evaluation, rehabilitation, design, and water distribution system design; performs technical report writing, pipeline routing analysis, field investigations, data collection, utility coordination, erosion/sedimentation control planning, cost estimating, hydraulics development, design calculations, contract document preparation, bid/award and construction phase services; coordinates with subconsultants and internal QA/QC and financial teams; mentors associate-level staff and assists in project scheduling and cost tracking; communicates professionally with clients and regulatory agencies; requires local travel and Texas licensed professional engineer status.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Engineering
- Texas-Licensed P.E. certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering
- Ability to travel locally for site inspections and meetings
