Job Summary
Apply standard engineering methods to moderately complex municipal infrastructure and utility projects. Manage planning and design for both public and private clients while leading multiple project teams across concurrent assignments. Conduct field-based activities including construction coordination, site inspections, and client reviews. Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables, assisting in proposal preparation and contract negotiations. Maintain effective communication with city and county clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders. This role supports the growth of public works initiatives throughout North Texas. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering/science discipline
- 5+ years of design engineering experience, particularly on municipal, utility, and infrastructure projects in Central Texas
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD Civil 3D
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer
