Project Engineer (Multi-Family)

Job Summary
Project Engineer for multifamily construction to support successful project execution: coordinate RFIs, process and track submittals, assist with subcontractor invoicing and change orders, attend project meetings and prepare minutes, maintain project documentation, support scheduling, procurement, and coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Requires 1–2 years of multifamily construction experience, strong organizational/communication skills, proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project), and an eye for detail.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in multifamily construction
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of construction documents, plans, and specifications
