Job Summary
Project Engineer to own technical planning and execution for key customer programs, serving as the primary technical interface to customers, driving requirements, schedules, testing, and integration activities; decompose program requirements into product and system-level requirements and maintain them; develop and maintain system documentation including ICDs and manuals; lead technical interchange meetings with customers and vendors; coordinate with production and quality teams; develop test plans and reports; train field service engineers; support risk management and integration of hardware, firmware, and software components; collaborate across engineering, operations, programs, and strategy teams to deliver robust solutions for warfighter programs; requires a Bachelor’s degree and prior engineering experience; US citizen.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Systems, Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in a technical project, systems, or integration engineering role supporting complex hardware/software systems
- Experience with loading and updating firmware for embedded systems
- Basic understanding of RF principles, waveforms, antennas, radios, and related communication systems
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional engineering teams and managing technical tasks to schedule
- Strong aptitude for requirements analysis, system-level thinking, and problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to customers and internal stakeholders
