Job Summary
Manage projects to achieve quality, performance, schedule, and cost objectives in a cross-functional environment by independently executing prioritization, planning, scheduling, and tracking. Partner with Product Marketing, Global Sourcing, and Manufacturing teams to define customer requirements and translate them into product specifications. Lead a core team of 2-3 engineers to create products exceeding specifications while mentoring them, and supervise prototype and initial production builds to ensure correct assembly and testing. Conduct root-cause analysis and apply statistical and Lean Six-Sigma techniques to maintain product quality, utilizing engineering processes to deliver technical design for new product development. Coordinate with management to identify risks and suggest mitigation options, ensuring programs stay on track. This hybrid role requires onsite work in Towson, MD, minimum 3 days per week, for a candidate with a Mechanical Engineering degree and 7+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Experience/training in Project Management preferred
