Job Summary
Support project execution through submittals, RFIs, procurement tracking, and document control while coordinating with project managers, field teams, vendors, and clients to maintain schedules and accuracy. Review and process materials, pricing, and documentation within project systems, and assist with site meetings, closeout documentation, and project updates. This role offers hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle working alongside experienced professionals in a well-established mechanical contractor known for delivering high-quality HVAC and plumbing projects in Monmouth County.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2+ years in mechanical construction or relevant internships
- Familiarity with HVAC/plumbing systems and blueprint reading
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
- Exposure to AIA documentation, submittals, and RFI processes
