Job Summary
Seeking a Project Engineer with hotel and restaurant construction/renovation experience to manage projects, ensure compliance, and lead a team in a dynamic work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum two years of related experience in hotel and restaurant construction/renovation projects
Desired Qualifications
- Project management certification is preferred
- Detail-oriented to manage multiple project tasks
- Basic understanding of construction legal requirements and business practices
- Strong teamwork, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Intermediate Procore, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and web application skills
