Job Summary
Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and automation system solutions for new construction, retrofits, and preventative maintenance across commercial projects. Assist in preparing subcontracts, purchase orders, job write-ups, and correspondence while scheduling and tracking equipment delivery and material progress. Work collaboratively with office and field teams to support lean construction practices, manage subcontractor interactions, and ensure timely project execution. Maintain detailed records of job status and deliverables to keep long-term goals aligned with day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field
- Related previous experience
- Track record of delivering on excellent, detailed work
- Interest and aptitude in mechanical systems
- Ability to be hard-working
