Job Summary
Schedule and track job progress, including delivery of equipment and materials. Assist in preparing subcontracts, purchase orders, correspondence field questions, and job write-ups. Work effectively on a team of office and field employees to support new construction, retrofits, and service initiatives. Increase skills by studying HVAC and plumbing systems while collaborating with Senior Project Managers. Report to one of our Senior Project Managers in Spokane, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field
- Related previous experience
- Track record of delivering on excellent, detailed work
- Interest and aptitude in mechanical systems
- Ability to flex between details and big picture
