Job Summary
Lead new products from concept to production while managing program elements, budgets, and timing commitments for all stakeholders. Drive APQP team activities, lead technical component specification and supplier development, and coordinate project teams including engineers, production, and contractors. Specify special tools, estimate cycle times, prepare quotations, and maintain customer drawings and process documentation to ensure parts meet specifications. Participate in continuous improvement efforts and launch audits based on performance indicators.
Required Qualifications
- A college or university degree in Engineering
- Completion of Program Management Course(s) or related career experience
- 2+ years' experience in a machining or manufacturing environment
- Ability to write technical proposals and present findings as required
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Point
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with the use of statistical analysis and computer assisted design programs
- Intermediate to Advance skill level in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc
