The position of Project Engineer involves delivering engineered-to-order machinery and custom equipment design for power and energy systems. The role focuses on complex equipment builds, engineered assemblies, and site-specific machinery installations in industrial and utility applications.
Required Qualifications
- United States Citizenship or Current Green Card (Permanent Resident)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience in Power, Energy, Industrial Equipment, or Engineered-to-Order machinery
- Experience coordinating design, fabrication, and build cycles for custom mechanical or electrical systems
Desired Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for direct interface with engineering, fabrication teams, vendors, and clients
- Ability to anticipate project risks and prioritize tasks in fast-moving equipment environments
- Competence in budget tracking, cost control, and financial performance
- Ability to operate independently with limited oversight
- Familiarity with contractual terms, technical specifications, equipment documentation, and project submittals
- Effective in multicultural and global project settings
